What is your policy on hazing?
Sigma Nu maintains a strict no-hazing policy in accordance with university, IFC, and national fraternity standards. We are committed to fostering an environment rooted in respect, accountability, and personal development. New member education is designed to be constructive, educational, and aligned with our values.
How is academic success supported?
Academic success is a core priority of our chapter. We uphold GPA standards, provide peer mentorship from upperclassmen, and promote structured study habits through chapter-wide academic initiatives and resources.
Is the chapter house safe?
The chapter house is maintained to meet university and local safety standards, including fire safety systems and controlled access. House leadership works closely with property management and alumni advisors to ensure a safe and well-maintained living environment.
How are finances handled?
Chapter finances are managed with an emphasis on transparency and accountability. Members receive clear breakdowns of dues and expenses each semester, and payment plans are available to help accommodate individual financial needs.
